We are looking for a candidate to strengthen our front office team, whom is passionate about the line of work and be ambitious with a proactive approach. They must be able to work on their own initiative, under pressure and be driven to meeting multiple deadlines in a very fast-paced work environment.


  • Professional administrative and organizational support to internal departments to ensure efficiency and timely execution of tasks;
  • Ensure efficiency and timely execution of tasks;
  • Meeting and greeting clients;
  • Phone calls;
  • Mail Screening;
  • Co-ordination of other general administrative tasks.


  • Excellent organisational, time-management and problem-solving
  • Proactive approach;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • A good team player and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills;
  • Excellent command of English, spoken and written;
  • Has a strong focus on customer service excellency.

The selected candidate will be expected to have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a secretarial role in a service focused industry.
