We are looking for an Office Secretary to strengthen our front office team. They must be able to work on their own initiative, under pressure and be driven to meeting multiple deadlines in a very fast-paced work environment. You will also work collaboratively across multiple teams.

Your Duties:

  • Professional administrative and organizational support to Directors and internal departments;
  • Ensure efficiency and timely execution of tasks;
  • Meeting and greeting clients;
  • Phone calls;
  • Mail Screening.


  • Excellent organisational, time-management and problem-solving
  • Proactive approach;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • A good team player and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills;
  • Excellent command of English, spoken and written;
  • Has a strong focus on customer service excellency.

The selected candidate will be expected to have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a secretarial role in a service focused industry.
